Christopher is a lifelong resident of the Lower Mainland ever since his parents and sister came to Canada in 1979 seeking better opportunities for the family. His cultural background is of Chinese and Vietnamese descent and is a very proud first-generation Canadian. The Lower Mainland has always been home for them and today Chris and his wife, Linda are raising their own family with 2 beautiful girls.
His passion for real estate led him to choose marketing and real estate as his post-secondary studies. He is an honors graduate in Marketing Management–Professional Real Estate, from BCIT. In the past 15 years, he has been heavily involved in many different facets of the real estate field as an award-winning REALTOR, buyer, seller, investor, and renovator. These differing experiences enable him to connect with clients and understand them on a much more personal level because he has personally been through the same emotional roller coasters that real estate can take on. He prides himself on his everlasting relationships with his clients over the years.Growing up and going through life with his clients, from his days as a first-time buyer to them trading up homes, as marriages and then children call for changing needs, to helping their elderly parents downsize to the next stage of homes.

Milan is a long-time resident of the lower mainland and immigrated to Canada from the former Yugoslavia in 1989 with his parents and brother. Milan attended BCIT where he specialized in Sales and Marketing and acquired his diploma in marketing management. During his studies, Milan developed a deep interest in real estate and economics and this brought him to the UBC Sauder School Of Business where he completed his Real Estate License. Milan has been an award-winning REALTOR since 2007 and his lifelong friendship with Chris led to them forming their partnership and vision for the CMA Group, one built on client relationships above all else.
He enjoys a fine balance between work and family life, with support from his loving wife, Sara, and 2 lovely daughters. He has proudly served his community with their support and help along the way. Milan enjoys spending time with his family, and friends while also maintaining a physically active lifestyle. He believes that a healthy balance in life will make for optimal results in work, family, and overall happiness!
